As a team, we brainstorm strategies to increase support and visibility for our clubhouse, always seeking ways to enhance the daily experience for everyone at the hall. Employment Services Supervisor, LCCMH
Kevin Mountz
I have provided supported employment services at LCCMH for 9 years, where I’m also a certified Benefit to Work Coach. I also work as a supported employment IPS program reviewer for the State of Michigan. I believe strongly in helping people gain experiences and knowledge that allows them to understand their strengths and see ways that they can improve the quality of their lives.
I would like to see the advisory board continue to expand the diversity of community members to ensure that the community is aware of Harmony Hall and that Harmony Hall can continue to gain experiences and knowledge of the local community.
I would like to see Harmony Hall continue to expand knowledge and understanding of competitive, integrated employment.

Retired teacher - I taught 33 years in the areas of Art, French and Special Education. My career included teaching at all grade levels in public education in Michigan.
I believe that the Harmony Hall Advisory Board is a vital link between the community and the goals of Harmony Hall programs.
Harmony Hall offers members opportunities to expand life experiences while preparing for meaningful work and enjoying social interactions during a work ordered day.

I am currently the Associate Director for the Thumb Region at Disability Network Eastern Michigan, where I bring over two decades of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Inspired by my younger sister, who has low vision and a cognitive disability, my career has been dedicated to advocating for the inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities.

I am incredibly honored to serve as a member of the board, my goals for Harmony Hall include enhancing accessibility to ensure a welcoming environment for all members, increasing outreach to raise awareness of its services, and focusing on programs that empower members by building essential life skills like job readiness and financial management. Through these efforts, I hope to contribute to a supportive, inclusive space where members can thrive and achieve greater independence.
